This season picks up with the Magic Funhouse crew in different places after the trial at the end of season one led to the show cancellation, Dave (Jess Weaver) going to jail and the troupe dispersing. We pick up with Arlo (Brandon Rogers) working at the courthouse snack stand while the rest of the group prepares to pull off ‘Operation Magic Funhouse,’ a plan that includes convincing Arlo to revive the show and take it out on the road. Having already secured their first booking, a little girl’s birthday party out in the countryside, what seems like an easy gig is quickly turning out to be their worst nightmare. The gang narrowly escapes with the help of Cordula (Monique Parent), a television executive, who works to charm them with an offer of bringing back the canceled show.
